First ever television/film personality sighting ... Uncle Sal Tessio! He had just eaten at the Applebees on 50th and Broadway before we went in Thursday night, according to the door host. It sounded too weird to make up, but I was still skeptical. Lo and behold, Uncle Sal forgot his umbrella and came back in. I guess even Detective Phil Fish has to eat on Thursdays!
